Terms and Conditions** NOTICE – AGREEMENT TO TERMS By accessing this website and/or placing an order with Banner Buddies, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use this website or place an order.
Any customer-proposed modifications are not binding unless accepted in writing by Banner Buddies. Any conflicting terms submitted by the customer are void. These Terms govern all transactions.
Banner Buddies reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without notice.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Banner Buddies, its suppliers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or use, even if advised of such possibility. Banner Buddies’ total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order. Banner Buddies is not liable for unauthorized use of the website, customer errors, third-party failures, or printing outcomes approved by the customer.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES By placing an order, the customer agrees not to file a chargeback or payment dispute for issues related to approved artwork, color variation, shipping delays, carrier issues, or dissatisfaction with custom products. Approved proofs, production records, tracking confirmations, and these Terms & Conditions constitute valid evidence for dispute resolution. Unauthorized or fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension and recovery of associated fees.

TURNAROUND TIMES Most orders placed by midnight ship the next business day; however, production timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Custom jobs, proofs, large quantities, or technical issues may extend production time. Banner Buddies is not liable for delays caused by equipment issues, carrier delays, weather, or events beyond reasonable control.
WARRANTY / RETURNS / REFUNDS Products are warranted to be free from defects caused solely by Banner Buddies. All products are custom-made. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an error is verified as Banner Buddies’ fault, the sole remedy is a reprint. No refunds or cancellations after production begins. All issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Claims submitted after this period or without documentation will be denied. Banner Buddies is not responsible for damage caused during installation, use, or handling.
CUSTOMER CONTENT & ARTWORK RESPONSIBILITY Customers are solely responsible for all submitted content, including legality, accuracy, spelling, layout, sizing, and image quality. Artwork Options: Print-Ready / No Changes Minor Adjustments (Paid) – resizing, resolution, clarity only Full Design Service (Paid) – layout and sizing using customer-supplied elements Final approval transfers full responsibility to the customer. Banner Buddies is not liable for errors related to spelling, grammar, fonts, graphics, bleeds, crop marks, sizing, or incorrect contact information.
ARTWORK & COLOR DISCLAIMERS Artwork must be submitted in RGB color space at a minimum of 150 DPI. Banner Buddies is not responsible for pixelation, distortion, or color shifts caused by file quality or screen-to-print differences. PMS color matching is available upon request and must be specified at checkout. Banner Buddies does not match non-PMS color systems and is not liable for color variance without PMS selection.
ORDER CANCELLATION Orders may be canceled only before production begins. Banner Buddies is not responsible for duplicate or accidental orders placed by the customer.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY Delivery dates are estimates only. Banner Buddies is not liable for carrier delays, lost packages, customs delays, weather, Acts of God, Acts of Society, or third-party failures. Incorrect shipping addresses supplied by the customer will require reshipment at the customer’s expense.
PAYMENT TERMS Payment is required before production. Credit cards are charged at checkout. Banner Buddies does not store full card details.
TECHNICAL ISSUES Banner Buddies is not responsible for website downtime, hosting failures, software incompatibility, user device issues, or internet disruptions.
REFUSAL OF SERVICE Banner Buddies reserves the right to refuse service as permitted by law.
GOVERNING LAW All transactions are governed by the laws of the State of Kentucky. Any legal action shall be filed exclusively in Carter County, Kentucky.
