Refund Policy - the basics
WARRANTY / RETURNS / REFUNDS — Banner Buddies
Banner Buddies warrants that the products and/or services it provides will be free from defects in material and workmanship and will conform to any specifications expressly agreed to by Banner Buddies in writing. This limited warranty applies only to the original customer and only for the notification period stated below. It applies solely to products that, upon examination by Banner Buddies, are determined to be defective due to an error made by Banner Buddies.
This warranty is expressly in lieu of all other warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Banner Buddies assumes no other obligations or liabilities beyond those expressly stated herein.
This warranty does not apply to any product that has been:
• Installed or used
• Altered or modified in any way
• Subjected to accident, negligence, misuse, abuse, or improper handling
• Damaged during installation, hanging, mounting, display, or use
Banner Buddies is not responsible for any damage, failure, or injury caused during or after installation, hanging, mounting, or use of the product. Once the product is received, all responsibility for proper handling and use transfers to the customer.
Because all products are custom-made to order, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are permitted.
If Banner Buddies verifies that an error was made on our end, our sole and exclusive obligation—and the customer’s exclusive remedy—will be to reprint the product. No refunds will be issued.
Reporting Issues
Customers must notify Banner Buddies of any defects, errors, or issues within 48 hours of receiving the product. Failure to report an issue within this 48-hour window will result in the claim being denied and considered outside of our responsibility.
Notification must be made via email or other approved Banner Buddies communication channels. Banner Buddies reserves the right to request clear photographs and/or the return of the product to properly evaluate the claim. Claims will not be approved without sufficient documentation.
Banner Buddies will not assume a product was produced incorrectly based solely on a customer’s statement. Verification is required for quality control and fairness.
Damaged Shipments
If a package arrives damaged, the customer should immediately report the damage to the delivery driver and document it thoroughly. Photos of both the damaged packaging and the damaged product are required. If adequate documentation is not provided, any reprint or replacement will be the customer’s responsibility, and reimbursement cannot be guaranteed.
